We intend that Fremantle Harvest is always available for you as booked. We reserve the right to alter your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In these rare instances, we will make every attempt to help you source alternative comparable accommodation.
We intend that Fremantle Harvest is offered as an excellent standard of accommodation. We appreciate most of our guests will respect our property. Unfortunately, the occasional abuse requires that we state upfront the following conditions:
Fremantle Harvest accommodates two adults, and is not equipped to accommodate extra guests overnight.
Fremantle Harvest is a strata title apartment, located in an old converted warehouse and our neighbours are in close proximity. Loud group parties and functions that disturb our neighbours with excessive noise will result in termination of the rental.
Pets are not allowed at Fremantle Harvest due to strata title regulations.
Fremantle Harvest is not suitable for indoor smokers.
Any damage, breakages, theft and loss other than the usual wear and tear associated with a short-term rental, are your responsibility (as tenants) during your stay.
On departure, Fremantle Harvest, must be left in a similar state to its condition upon your arrival.
Variations to these terms & conditions may only be made by prior arrangement with the owner, in writing.
